We wanted to replace the existing bathroom. Casa had replaced a relatives to a high standard bathroom so we had no issue with using them to do our work. The work was done to a high standard using quality parts. We are extremely pleased with thr finished bathroom and would have no reservations in recommending Casa to anyone

Bathroom Refurbishment

From the outset Nello gave me suggestions and the guidance I needed in the refurbishment of my outdated bathroom. The work was carried out professionally and any unforeseen snags were overcome and not a problem.
On completion of the bathroom it was a pleasure to meet Liliana who had kept me well informed before and during the project.
I am very pleased with the finished bathroom and would be happy to use Casa Maintenance in the future.

Professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Casa maintenance has just finished re-flooring our kitchen and utility room. They also did some small refurb work in our bathrooms. Nello is not only very capable, but also has an eye for detail ensuring the work is completed to a very high standard. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Just had Casa Maintenance Ltd renovate my shower room and what a great job they’ve made of it. From Liliana’s efficiency in the office to Nello’s hard work on site, it’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Nothing was ever too much trouble, any hiccups were soon dealt with and the end result is even better than I expected. Thank you Liliana and Nello. May you go from strength to strength.

A rare opportunity engage with some outstanding service that fixed a shower screen leak which had defeated the original installers despite 2 attempts. In addition, & totally unexpected, it was done with No Charge and a smile to boot. Can't recommend this company enough.

I've waited almost a year, however 10 months on I am happy to say that we are all enjoying the refurbished bathroom. It was a pleasure to deal with Nello and Liliana. Work started as planned and Nello was up to the challenges that cropped up. Very satisfied with the engagement and the end product.

We recently moved into Alderton and needed to replace a rather tired and poorly designed Utility Room.
It was important to us to engage a local company with expertise in coping with the vagaries of an old cottage.
Casa Maintenance came highly recommended and did not disappoint.
Liliana managed the project logistically and proved a superb organiser while husband Nello patiently completed the practicalities of what was a complex project.
The Casa Maintenance Team were punctual, reliable, professional and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.
We do not hesitate to highly recommend them.
